CAMP 2024 policy + info

CANCELLATION: We will refund the camp fee amount minus a $50 non-refundable deposit within 30 days of the registered camp start date. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are non-refundable, but we can try to switch you to another camp week if your current spot can be filled.

DROP-OFF: Please drop off campers in studio on Day 1, to meet teachers and to make sure all contact info is correct. Other days, you can choose to bring your child to the studio or a teacher will do a car side pick-up at the entrance to the courtyard. PLEASE be respectful of drop-off and pick-up times. We love our teachers and they are working super hard….let’s take care of them too by respecting their time and not being late or coming early! More than five minutes is considered early/late :)

PHONES: We do not allow children’s use of phones, cameras or devices during camp, except for emergencies to talk with a parent. Phones must be kept in a backpack at all times, unless in use for an emergency and a teacher is present.

ALLERGIES: After all campers are registered, we will send an email if any nuts are restricted. Please make sure you let us know on the camp form if your child has allergies.

CLOTHES: Please remember we get messy and wet! Sometimes paint doesn’t wash out even if kids wear an apron……we can not be held responsible for pretty clothes that got ruined :( Send extras!

FAQ’s

How many teachers will be at camp? We have a minimum of two teachers during our 9:00-12:00 camp hours. Mornings and afternoons will have a 1:9 ratio.

What is included in the cost? Kids get a very specialized camp experience! Our camps touch on learning art techniques, strong emphasis on child development through process and play, materials, community involvement and excellent teachers!

What if I am late?! We will excuse one time, but other times will be subjected to a late fee of $25 per thirty minutes.
